Well at the moment the Chinese group Kyoto Fantasy was it? Have probably the best output so far, their first ep wasn't bad and they also made this fun little ULiL tribute.

And they're apparentally now working on something DDC related as well, attached animation related.

I kind of wish whoever does the PV's for Shoujo Fractal would hazard an attempt as well since they make some pretty PV's.
