Not sure if Risa will make a formal announcement, but I mean she's been wearing an engagement band nearly every public appearance since the new year. Between the tongue-in-cheek relationship advice she gives to fans and how embarrassed she looks when talking about her ideal partner traits sometimes, I think most of the Japanese viewers get the hint and play along, at least their comments make it seem that way.
