IIRC, the way this theory is explained mainly focuses on Yasu portraying Gameboard Jessica wrong. Like the big one being that Jessica is actually faking her asmtha, but Yasu portrays Jessica as actually having asmtha because she never figured that out. Also Jessica in ep.7 showing that she was suspicious of the servants due to the whole VIP room thing, but this is never hinted at anywhere in Yasu's games. So the story shows that Yasu's knowledge of Jessica is imperfect.

There's also basically the whole framework of how the Shannon/Kanon thing works. It only works at all because most people either don't pay attention to them, only pays attention to one of them (George/Shannon), or knows the secret. Jessica is the only one who pays attention to both of them (Shannon being Jessica's best friend since she was 8, and Kanon being Jessica's crush).

There's also ep.3, where they're talking about the pin number on the wall. Jessica says that she knows all the servant's birthdays and always gets them all presents. So again we're shown that unlike everyone else, Jessica actually pays attention to the servants.

I think there were some more parts to it but those are the parts I remember off the top of my head. Mainly what it comes down to is either Jessica knows or Jessica is unironically clinically retarded. Also the whole "Jessica sang a song about girls with small tits" thing, but that's just a Touhou reference.
