At the end, it's just a led with a resistor and the wires wrapped conveniently around a plastic mount. Of course, you can fix it yourself, maybe wrapping a led (with a resistor (200-300 ohm)!) with card box or something.

But I insist, the sizes should be standard, I'd just buy a handful of the cheapest one I could find on eBay or Aliexpress and try it.
