I just use various lucid dreaming techniques I found on a tulpamancy website (I think) a long time ago. It should probably be easy to find them. I also devote quite a lot of my free time before sleep to Yukari by browsing my favorite Yukari artworks, daydreaming about her or even writing self-insert fanfiction, among other things.
I suggest you experiment to discover the methods that work best for you, and I'm sure Yukarin will visit you in your dreams, anon!
