I have a problem.

I really want to ejaculate in a public place around people (without them knowing), but I really don't know the best way to go about this.

I reached the conclusion that I have to bring something inside my pants to catch the semen so it doesn't create a mess and gives me away (maybe a condom or some tissues around my penis).

Then I just go to the park, sit down, put a hand in my pocket and just whack away very discreetly? That doesn't sound very exciting, and it seems pretty risky. Is there any better way to do this?
