Why is /commu/ so shitty?

This is a serious question. What do you guys think could be done to help clean it up?

I know this is 4chan and we don't approve of non-Anonymous message boards, but even so anyone who's been looking at /commu/ for a while has got to have noticed that it took a sharp downward turn in terms of quality a couple months back, and has only been getting worse since. It wasn't simply the monetization of the game that brought /commu/ down, either; the board was still somewhat fun to read until about 2 months ago, when for some reason it suddenly transitioned into being almost nothing but scrubs throwing their money at CS while simultaneously bitching about bazaar, UC>Rt, balance, and gacha rates, and wondering why CS doesn't change their business policies.

What do you guys think could be done to calm those dumbfucks down, and/or encourage higher quality posters to come back to the site?

I said average tier, not slap your shit with gimmick decks tier. But whatever, GGs.
