At last cleared E4 hard after 6 days of suffering.
Fleet composition :
KTKM : 15.5x2/甲標的
Kongou : 46x2/Type-0/Star Shell
Bismarck : 46x2/Type-0/Searchlight
Kaga : Reppux2/Reppu Kai/Suisei
Ayanami : 12.7/Torpedox2
Yukikaze : Best torpedox3

Boss support : 2BB 2CV 2DD with 2 radars each
Route is BFHIK (line ahead, double line, line ahead, line ahead)
I tried lots of compositions, and this one is the best work for me, damage & resource-wise.
