Miko plays with male MikoPs both in GTAO and attempted to in Mario Kart, retweets sensitive fanart from presumably male artists, and thinks Trevor is cool. She clearly doesn't hate men, it's that she probably doesn't want to give special access privileges to random e-celebs or colleagues simply out of business interest. MikoP are the ones that brought her to where she is, not homos, and her not treating any men better than she treats MikoP shows loyalty to her fans.
