On the topic of used goods Striga (Shitoku no Gyokuza sequel) came out the other day. You can technically play it standalone but I'm not sure why you would because the other games are free. There's an english language option but it's rough MTL from what I saw of it so I wouldn't recommend it unless you're extremely desperate.
It felt more low key than Shitoku. Still it's pretty much wall to wall suffering and there's some bizarre shit in there. Like Shitoku it's mostly BL but with a couple of het scenes. There's a part with a female MC but don't expect anything otome-ish, all the sex scenes with her are rape scenes that I wouldn't really consider pornographic exactly, they aren't described in a lot of detail. The mutual cannibalism blood drinking scene with another girl was probably the most erotic scene she had to be honest.
It ends on a sequel hook so it's not really as satisfying as Shitoku which IMO had a perfect ending. I still thought it was pretty good though, the writer is good at slamming down the despair button at just the right moment (YMMV). Hopefully it's not too long until they make another game.
Also Scaro is very moe even when he's torturing people. His relationship with the MC of the second part was strangely wholesome even though he made MC eat his own vomit off the ground in their first scene together. Maybe it's just that anyone will seem decent next to the other guy (picrel) in that route who is possibly the scummiest character in BL game history. Every single time you think he'll get some kind of humanising moment it pulls the rug out from under you to remind you he's a total bastard. Though in the end I felt, not sorry for him, but his ending was kind of melancholy in a nice way, without trying too hard to make you feel bad for him.
