No they don't. Or at least they're not supposed to. I wouldn't put it past the tea team to screw it up though. On DMM at least it specifically mentions when Story Map gets the 1.5x, and Challenge Quests never get a boosted drop rate.

AMRs (Anti-Material Rifles) are the one that need a turn to set up, regular SRs (Sniper Rifles) can fire and move in the same turn.

Basically spam Assault Rifles, and can add 1-2 Snipers for support if you want. There are a few exceptions though. Despite this girl being a Gold AMR, she's honestly more important than a Rainbow AR despite her class being really shitty.
