It’s tricky given only Sora, Miko and Suisei are the ones you can say to have the actual drive to be an idol

I’m guessing that because their first recruit wanted to be an idol, the Hololive division eventually “evolved” into becoming an unofficial one, since seeing their talent as a whole they never required singing and dancing abilities

So it’s a case of weird accidents working into Cover’s favour

Just like how Christmas 2017 had a lot of technical issues for the 4 kings at the time caused people to notice Sora leading to her growth
