I got a message from Gale, she had a great idea:
For Zukki's birthday next year (this year's is a bit too close, and next year she's turning 18 so that's a bigger one) we should give her a nice gift. The idea includes:
a T-shirt, with a contest about it (it's supposed to be hold on tumblr but maybe we can find a possibility to make it available for everyone to take part). The idea behind this is that her birthday T-shirts often aren't that nice, so we have the chance to create something really nice looking.
a book, in which every fan writes a paragraph from their own perspective (as in, fan's perspective). Gale said it should be something Zukki can look at for a long time, so I think it should be more than just "Zukki I love you". Another idea is to include a timeline in the margin, so people can note when they became a fan. Maybe this way we can also write why we became her fans.

Of course this is still a long way to her next birthday, but I guess this would take quite some work (collecting, probably translating, printing, sending to Japan etc.).
