I'll give you some opinions anyway.
Oni looks like it has a lot of potential. I'm excited.
Oniokoshi and Hoshiwatashi are fun so far. I used to think of them as two takes on the same story, but they have distinct focuses. They should diverge a little more if possible.
Meguri has a ton of potential. I am really curious to see where it goes from here.
I'm excited for Hou+ and hope for translations at some point.
Ciconia Phase 2's preview was fun. I want to see who joins Toujirou and who the hacker is, as well as what happened to Phase 1's gauntlet knights.
The Higurashi web events have had some really neat looking concepts as promotional art. Some of them could make for neat stories, but we're getting to a saturation point with Higurashi right now.
I'm curious about how Higurashi Mei will continue and what Une and Tamurahime are up to. The contrast between the light and dark side is surprisingly extreme. I can't unsee the dark side, but the light side is thankfully just as strong.
Even if it felt out of place, the Satoko and Rika shounen fight was really good on its own. Same with a lot of pieces of Gou and Sotsu. I think they can be used to tell a variety of interesting stories with different tones and casts. Production should make it clear to the singleminded fans that it's a story of pieces and break them out of their focus on a single truth.

I loved 07th Theater. Something dumb, fun, and meta like that would be a breath of fresh air to reduce the pessimism I see online.
Umineko is my favorite WTC story. If it's revisited, I hope it's done right. Or go balls to the wall with an interesting twist. Halfassing it is no good.
I miss the memes.
I like redemption way more than punishment, but the playing field needs to be evened out. I expect Rei and Meguri to fulfill that role, but there needs to be hope.
