You do realize politics affects all parts of life right? You do realize how important it is and that sticking your head in the sand is one of the worst things you can do unless you are extremely privileged and/or shielded from the real world.

It'd be like you saying... I wish people didn't breathe when we discussed Momiji for fun. Politics is so powerful and in dire need of our attention and maintenence that certain art of Momiji, the pupper we love, is currently or could be banned.

All I am saying is that there is no longer a time where one could go through life without the constant consideration of the current state of politics or nation/world affairs. Freedom isn't free. On a chart, it's the tiniest sliver of time that humanity has existed in. Don't let it go.
