Reading around (As in with google translate) apparently it's based on a comic/small doujin circle which got fairly famous (?), which I guess explains why the whole thing felt so scattered and there are a lot of plot points just there.

It's decent way to pass time if you like incest, the art is really good though. I like the relationship between the brothers, I just wish there was more. Probably why route 0 ended up being my favorite. A lot of incest stories ended up full rape way but I like it here it was completely consensual. First route feels like amissed opportunity for some really good lewd, especially with the way they mention the robots are fully functional and the sperm talk. It was also refreshing to play a game I knew nothing about for once with zero hype toward it.
