Probably going to regret replying to this, but here goes. As I see it, personally, Manticore vagina would be baseline anatomically different in structure to humans, not necessarily in a bad way, but moreso resembling something from the animal kingdom in the vaginal canal. Like a big cat, ironically. Rather than ridges or bumps or what have you, I always saw Manticore as having a sort of a painlessly penetrate-able cervix that sort of acts as a 'mini tailpussy' or 'reverse knot', I suppose. After all, she's already milked you maliciously with a pseudo-pussy.
