The file uploader, (AXFC) has the option of setting limited downloads. That means it can only be downloaded fifty times or so. (Or how many the uploaded sets.)

So getting the latest video or sets of pictures is pretty difficult, considering we have the lifeless Japanese internet users to compete with.

There can be better methods, but I suppose this one is the most fair, as it does not discriminate who can download it and it's on a first-come, first-serve basis. A shame the lurkers who don't have good timing can't partake in it.
