I actually don't think so. Memoirs of Lambdadelta although establishing that Lambda isn't Takano also is the main reason Satoko being Lambda feels so unlikely and convoluted. I think he initially just gave Lambda some Satokoish traits as a bratty character to contrast with Bern's early polite and silent demeanor. The idea of connecting her to Satoko directly didn't appear until years later, and even so initially they were probably just empty references since he probably didn't have a story around them.
