>GURA HITS 20K SUBS FOR THE 4TH DAY IN A ROW
LET IT BE FUCKING KNOWN.
THE SHARK INCLINE HAS RESUMED.
THIS IS. THE. FOURTH. DAY. THAT GURA HAS HIT 20K SUBS IN GROWTH.

now, this is a monumental occasion.
why? first of all, guras sub growth has been trending downwards in recent weeks. this last week specifically, there have been a few hours where she's actually had 0 subs/day

youtube increments subs by 10k once you hit 1mil. basically, it took gura >24h to hit the +10k sub increment for a few days, which was extremely worrisome.
coupled with her low average viewership these past few days, it was truly seeming as if the gura boom had finally ended - and she was going to recline dramatically.

BUT BOY WERE WE FUCKING WRONG!

lets first take a look at how long (on avg) its taken gura to hit 10k subs/day for the past week.


11/26 - 12:00 baseline

11/29 - 12:00 -1hr
11/30 - 6:00 - 6HRS

SO BEFORE 11/29, GURA HAD A NET TIME GAIN OF (+2HR) -> THIS IS BAD.
however, for some reason, ever since the 30th, she's had a huge (-14hr net gain)

now, the fact that this happened for the fourth day in a row seems to establish that this will be a consistent trend for the foreseeable future. maybe yt algo has finally put her back in the spotlight.

now what happened on the 30th?
>PORTAL 2 INA COLLAB
however, this collab was a failure by gura standards, it received:
>30k ave, 33k peak
very very low numbers for gura. so what else could it have been? must've been the algo.
also, the sametori collab seems to have further catalyzed this growth.

now, guras viewership has still been very worrisome. lets compare the last week to the week before.
