how can anybody think learning vocab by pure consooming is more efficient than supplementing it by a smart srs?

how does krashen come to this conclusion. nonstop looking up words is not fun. thus is hindering consooming compelling content.

…and…

i dont get the nuance of this compared to the usual "and" particles.
