tl;dr Most slav countries in middle ages were no diffrent from other european countries, so diffrence would be minimal.
I can answer that - great part (most?) slavic countries are/were western. Poland, Bohemia, Slovakia were part of western sphere of culture and influence, using latin alphabet, being catholic and were not considered to be any diffrent from let's say France, Portugal or Sweden. This whole "Eastern Block" stuff is a result of communism and only like 80 years old.
Russia is not the only slavic country and it's influence wasn't that great up till the second half of XVIII century. For the whole middle ages, and a long time after that - Poland was the big boy in the neighbourhood and Poland is culturaly a western country.
Therefore: slavic based kingdom in MGE wouldn't be that much diffrent from other realms. The only standing out thing would be the names (just like with Lescatie being "french").


What I would love to see is more Slavic mythology based monsters. I can imagine:
>Licho (Leshen, in the witcher) being a diffrent, more oriented type of Chimaera
>Stryga being a BEEG buff ghoul, that would marry a guy by making him spend the entire night with her after which she'd calm her tits.
>Zmora being a mix between Nightmare and a Succ.
>Bieda being a more aggresive Danuki, forcing You into marriage to avoid a constant stream of bad luck
>Drowner tempting men walking the river banks drunk/in the dark and dragging them underwater for marriage
Slavic demons personificate punishments that come to people who act bad in a way, so it's easy to think of the unique quirks they could have. Sadly appart from the Witcher series (which didn't do the demons enough justice), Slav myths are unknown and I doubt KC will ever research them on his own.
