It's implied that Yukari is the reason that doomsday nearly started in the arc spanning chapters 34 and 35 of FS. It could not be her, but this gloved hand and hair usually implies Yukari, and that it shook Mamizou at least made me think it was her. That was a legitimately dangerous thing, and I can't be sure what she was thinking in making it happen.

That's Yukari thing though. She schemes and causes things to happen without being directly involved. In fact in a very recent chapter it was implied she was behind it all, despite never showing up.
If you want Yukari to show up in person you're not really a fan of her, just of whatever idea of her you have.

She's doing 'something'. I don't think I really understood why Yukari created rumours about the world ending, given that that's really dangerous in Gensokyo. Was she only trying to rile up humans and youkai, or was there something more to it?

She's still the freshest in Gensokyo.
