I used to shit, like, once a month as a small kid for years, eating almost exclusively a diet of mashed potatoes and fish sticks. Do not repeat my mistakes. Shitting at least a few times a week if not daily is what humans ought to do unless you're severely malnourished, and you gotta eat properly, with a large intake of liquefied/soft food, to prevent blood showers and pain that can be very severe.
