I'm trying to get Tenryuu to clear those pesky A quest that need her, so I've run world 2 like hundreds of times, and used thousands on ship construction to get her. And instead of getting Tenryuu, I got Hamakaze, Yukikaze and now Shimakaze. So, I'm getting ships that are "quite rare" instead of a common ship. It seems that either the RNG really loves me, or really hates me. Also, any tip on how to get tenryuu efectively?
