I don't know how to show proof.
Just going to show you my consumption and time. Most of them sortie at 49morale and I am just rotating my flagship for natural sparkle.
The thing that I actually manually sparkled? My support fleet. Maybe you can sparkle your DD at 1-5 but sparkling the main fleet or big boats are both a waste of time and resources.

Up to you. I did it with half of what you got, 4hayajuice and 0damecon. I took it slow though, 1day to debuff, 1day to get the boss down to kill range and then 1day to get all my bombers to >> to prepare to for last dance.
My equipment is fully upgraded though.
