This conversation damns Jessica no matter if Shkanon exists or not. This speech can NOT be a hostage speech due to her unique manner and knowledge of Gohda and Kumasawa being evasive(said expression knowledge in and of itself shows a particular craftiness), this entire thing has BLATANT contradictions in addition to facts that only a culprit could know.

Regardless of Shkanon existing or not, right here we have Jessica telling Battler magic doesn't exist in addition to a bunch of the Beatrice mythos.

If Jessica was innocent, well, she wouldn't lie to Battler, more than ever if she was about to die. We would get a cliched BATTLER THE CULPRIT IS "bang" if that were the case.

But here, we get something that only a madwoman would do.

Even if Shannon and Kanon are two seperate people, Jessica is still unquestionably more malicious and knowledgable than she looks.
