I don't think Gura is lazy, she just doesn't consider a serious musical career. She obviously cares about her singing and puts a ton of effort preparing for performance itself, but it's only a hobby for her, she's not out to be an actual idol. She's in it to have fun with friends and make people happy watching her mess about in video games.
