Nyaa and Kickass are public trackers that a bunch of people download from. Jpopsuki has a much smaller community, so maybe whatever your seeding isn't popular enough for you to be constantly uploading.

Download whatever torrent has the most leechers at the moment and just let it sit, even if you have no interest in it. If that doesn't help then I dunno what to tell you mate.
