Not at all. Most, and I really mean MOST doll collectors are adults. Dollfie Dreams are marketed towards grown, adult men who have the income to spend on these collector items. Ain't no shame in the game, son.

And when you do adopt Yaya, please share pics of her here! We love seeing outfits and new wigs and stuff. Also, people on /jp/'s doll thread don't post enough owner photos.

Don't worry about not being able to find her new and unopened. Scalpers buy up tons of new DD releases to re-sell them at a higher price - you'll have no trouble finding her brand new.

Hell, I bought my 2 DD's new and unopened a year ago. They were both from 2007.
