Yagoo knows that ENs are his golden geese now. ID is a meme, CN is in China, and JP was burning like Notre-Dame for the past few months, with even Fubuki getting harassed by Chinese bots now. EN girls are not only ridiculously high spec, but they're also growing like crazy, and the language barrier protects them from monthly dumpster fires at Cover. It's in his best interest to treat them like royalty, or at least as well as Hololive's shoestring budget allows. Just look at how fast they're getting permissions for stuff like Doom Eternal or Bloodborne, and how both Ina and Gura are just casually picking what they want to play next.
