I'd guess no one really knows, since no one here has played any of them.
But if you want similar games to S=R, you probably want to look up the games by Kuroneko-san Team on vndb, that's the team who does those music-gimmick-games.
I think Dear Pianissimo is not to unknown, but I don't think I've heard much positive stuff about it.
