Was catching up with Suisei's archive and damn, Miko congratulated Suisei on LINE for miComet's 3rd anniversary, some time later in the archive she also mentioned that Miko invited Suisei to visit the new Harry Potter studio tour thing? Whatever it was

Also Suisei had a sudden weird urge to visit Hiroshima's Genbaku Dome, she talked about this with Anemachi when they were already in bed getting ready to sleep and they ended up going on a day trip there together to visit it.
Also Suisei made fun of some tourists, again, who were there to watch some tourguide? or something I dunno

I don't like guidebooks (tried them and forget some stuff, plus boring) and anki (repetition annoys me with no context). Am I fucked if I wanna learn JP? I know some basic grammar but vocabulary and kanji are the bigger problem. Has anyone been able to learn in rather unconventional ways (aka no textbooks)? While I'm torn on anki I'm willing to go through it if that's what's worked for anons here (don't trust redd*t)
