Yeah, I really hate it when people think you need to use overpriced headphones for 'muh perfect audiophile' moments. Diminishing returns do apply with this hobby. I've been regularly visiting these so called "Audio Meet" myself, and with the advent of chink shits these days, you can reach your peak listening experience already by spending about $100-$300 on headphones/IEMs and another $150-$400 to your audio setup depending on what kind of sound signature you want. But that doesn't mean you can't enjoy cheaper shits too. I'm still regularly use my $10 CLR100 whenever I'm going outsite and I absolutely love it.

So does with those FLAC supremacists who insist that audio compressions are bad. Technology is evolving. Apple and many other companies involved in it regularly updates their AAC codecs. And with the creation of Opus, now you can listen to your favourite songs seamlessly and with much better quality. It's MP3 that gives audio compression a bad name. Also, you can't find new producers that way kek.
