I had sufficient time to test my new Gokusai Uterus now.

The first use was very pleaseant.
The tunnel is really short but the womb at the end really is great.
The tunnel itself has a rather large bump at the top, right at its beginning. This bump is really nice since it applies some constant pressure to the upper side during use.
Right after that you can feel the womb.
It adds a big pleasurespike at the end of each trust and is definitely the mian draw of this hole.
Being firmer material makes you really feel like you have reached your aim during each trust. The pleasure assaults your glands from every side. Like it is sucking on it.
The womb is also positioned in a way that makes it near impossible to slide by it, even when thrusting furiously.

However, during my second use, it teared.
It is still noticeable, but slightly less stimulating than when it was still intact.
The entrance also teared. There is a slight dip in the material over the entrance, which is supposed to look like a urethra. It is not made for penetration though.
However, it seems like this is one of the weak spots of the hole, since mine teared between the entrance and the urethra.

It is purely cosmetic however and does not affect the hole. I just noticed it while cleaning.

On that note, cleaning is definitely harder than with other holes. You should not turn it inside out because of the three different materials used. It also is quite narrow and the bottom is hard to reach.
