I love Mokou and Keine, but in terms of the most benefit from having a wife, its Kaguya.

Now now, I know what you are going to say, but hear me out.

1) Kaguya is hot and will never lose her looks.
2) Kaguya doesn't have to bother with manual labor, cooking, or cleaning since the bunnies are servants. You will never have to deal with her bitching about everything she does for you, as she pretty much does nothing.
3) She pretty much stays at home, making it easy to have relationships with anyone you want.
4) If you have a good relationship with Eirin (aka make the 'mother in law' happy) you get free deluxe health care and wicked drugs.
5) Possible 3somes with Eirin, Reisen, or Mokou.
6) She is immortal, you can be as rough as you want.
7) She lives in the arguably second best place in all of Gensokyo (first of course being SDM)


But if you are wanting the more traditional wife relationship, Keine all the way.
