During the raft stream they both claim to never hang out offline except for work with smug laughs and tones
There's very few indication of what they're up to and neither of them reveals it unless to tell a specific story or tidbit
Hell, Miko was even hesitant to talk about Suisei's christmas party since we only learned about her being there when she was talking to the rest of Shiraken and it made no sense to hide her being there
They really like their privacy, so we might never really know if THEY ARE, we only have clues all over the place
