Progress a shit.

Normals have "progressed" themselves into a 40-hour work week and a minimum wage that artificially inflates the cost of living, is barely enough to keep one person alive, and in shit conditions at that.

I yearn for the days of the 30 hour work week, and when a man could find meaningful work and support an entire family by himself on his own paycheck, all the while his work directly contributed to the improvement of his community. Now you get paid peanuts to waste your life and your time enriching some corporate executive.

If it wasn't for the lack of internet, I wouldn't mind living in 1800s america.

Why make the huge investment in time and money and emotional distress (you're fooling yourself if you think these are insignificant) for the "benefit" of something I don't want in the first place?
