I think she definitely regrets graduating, ever since the nakata interview where she flip-flopped and was like "I didn't really want to retire from the industry, I just didn't want to be tied to an agency". My headcanon is she definitely hated the job when she chose to retire, but was too naive and didn't realize how lucky she was to be in that position in the first place and regretted it after. Especially since philme (probably) isn't doing as well as when it first started when she still had the nogi clout. I'll still support her no matter what though.
