Haha, she definitely is too yo. Always has been, I remember stories of her at events she forgot what to do all the time. She's also extremely nervous though, so it could be easily mistaken for being airheaded, since she messes up her lines at events and concerts all the time, but I think that's mostly the nervousness.

And Yuuka isn't actually that airheaded, she seems to be one of the smarter and more aware ones (especially if you've seen the H!P DVD Mag where they worked with kanji or the H!P Egg DVD Magazine vol. 1), but I can see how it can be turned either way~
