It does suck that they removed the deal but this outcome was so predictable that I can't really be mad because I absolutely saw it coming. There's no way they would suddenly put out a deal like this completely out of nowhere and make it permanent, that sort of thing would be more believable and fitting during xmas or their anniversary instead of halloween.

We have to see how the JP players take it though. If they kick up a fuss and complain then the devs would have no choice but to make it a permanent thing if they're really a company that listens to its players instead of taking the colopl approach and telling everyone to deal with it. And if the players just continue heaping praise on them or do nothing then I guess the guarantee will be saved for big celebrations or random girls that aren't really anything special or seasonal.

Their "exceptional generosity" was true a few years ago like the anon above points out but now its just a common thing, games are EXPECTED to put out huge celebrations and giveaways for milestones because everyone else does it and if you don't then players will obviously compare your game and make fun of it.

The fact they improved doesn't mean everyone should be singing their praises though, improving and getting better with time should be a natural and normal thing instead of something praiseworthy.
