2) download base game

3) either download the 1.32 update from the official ULiL site and install it, or run the updater (middle button to update, if it doesn't light up after a few seconds then that means the game is already up-to-date)

4) download latest english patch (1.32), apply english patch

5) if you did everything in order, the game should start

6) did it not start? did you get an error message or did it freeze? do you get the same result with the english exe and the japanese exe? are you using applocale? if so, don't
