Darksteel Myr doesn't go to the graveyard due to it being utterly indestructible. You can shoot millions of damage on it and it won't even make a dent. Immortals, on the other hand, can be wounded and incapacitated. Kaguya and Mukou wouldn't "survive" a blasphemous act, they would have to wait for their wounds to heal before being able to continue. Squee similarly has an immortality ability which makes him return even if he's killed.

(Regarding Squee, I'm a bit confused about his immortality, since he became immortal during Invasion, but his card (with immortality) was printed in the block before Invasion.)
