Every interpretation is good in its own way. Mokaguya hatesex is cute and hot, but serious drama is good as well.

If you want serious grimdark, I highly recommend Tohonifun's works. He has one of the best portrayals of serious Kaguya I've seen. I really loved the way this chapter was done, with Eirin narrating about her life at Kaguya's side. "One day she met a girl, and I was no longer special." *cue this spread across the next two pages*

I like the varying interpretations of Touhou, so I love both Little Girl's Dance of "Mokou, Mokou, I'm pregnant!"-Kaguya and Tohonifun's version of Kaguya physically touching Mokou's body inappropriately.
