Summer Lily:

Ougi: Inflicts 137% attack +x pts of dmg to enemy backrow. 30% chance to inflict Blind. Recover 100 SP for every enemy afflicted with "Frigid". Frigid debuff reflects the damage done by the afflicted by 10%, and can stack up to 10 times. A stack of Frigid lasts 3 rounds.

Skill: Inflicts 135% atk +x pts of damage to a single target and inflicts Frigid onto one random enemy

Passive: At the beginning of the battle, backrow allies gain 10% dmg reduction. On round 2, this damage reduction is decreased to 5%. No damage reduction from this passive from round 3 and onwards. Inflicts one stack of Frigid to 2 random enemies each round.


Summer Ravi:

Ougi: Inflicts 293% atk + x points of damage to the enemy with the lowest HP%.

Skill: Deals 108% atk+x pts of damage to the lowest HP% enemy and recovers 220 SP. If her target's HP is over 50%, 60% chance to inflict Restraint for 1 action turn. If her target's HP is less than 50%, inflict additional (75% atk) points of damage.

Passive: When she defeats an enemy, she can immediately ult without consuming SP. Each time she ults this way, she inflicts 1 atk down debuff on herself. The debuff only lasts until after the ult(s) are done. She can do this special ult up to 3 times per turn. The attack down debuff's strength depends on her star level. 3/5/7* = 25/15/5% attack down. Whenever shei does a skill or ult, her crit and penetration increase. This is also affected by stars. 3/5/7* = 7/15/25% crit and 5/10/25% penetration. These buffs don't seem to expire.
