Her name is Aviva Bayla, which means "Beautiful Springtime"
She goes trading around Gensokyo and selling flour to the peasants. But be warned though, as she is known to put her thumb on the scale. She is also known for selling people things they don't need. Hence, many people try to avoid her.

Her ability is the manipulation of persuasion in bartering and riding the winds of trade.
