YES, getting the budget all figured out now~
Pay for the bus tour mid-August, book flight mid-September or so...from there it's just saving (I have a friend's house to stay at in Tokyo so no hotel fee to pay, without them the trip wouldn't even be possible orz).
Planning a week before and a week after the bus tour in Tokyo for concerts, sight-seeing etc
