I wonder how I'm able to mock bronies, yet still retain my manic love for Babymetal and all things Moa, Yui, and Su. I'll admit that it would be strange to outsiders what my power level is. My BMSG folder containing 765 images. The hours of all things Babymetal I've eaten up on youtube. The gigs upon gigs of performance material I've downloaded. It's something that's become so dear and special to me, yet I would feel awkward in sharing it with my friends and family.

I'm mostly an average, middle of the road person. I have no real clicks, quirks, nor extremities. To an outsider, maybe I would be on the same level as a bronie because to them it may seem so strange and the only way you can truly experience its magic is on the inside.

Maybe like bronies, I need something sweet, pure, and joyous to help me escape the pitfalls of depression from thinking about the many unpleasant things about the world. Maybe this actually isn't healthy. I do stop and go "Holy shit! I'm spending time fawning over a metal band fronted by 3 Japanese girls!" But I have to go back. I just love them so much and treasure how they've made me feel.

But I don't know how well that would work, I would like to see them do something with Metallica or Iron Maiden though.
