Teach me the math behind steak prices. Lower breed power = higher price so no animal is best for meat ranching? Also should I value PV and DV equally in my gear choices (not a fairy here) or should I go all in to one or the other when picking my base items for endgame synthesized gear?

Seems my steak from cattle sells for slightly better than my steaks from sheep. Only about a 407 gold difference though. How much gold food can sell for can vary widely between rank. A +13 sheep skewer at rank 5 sells for much less than a +13 sheep steak at rank 9.

Cattle is lv 8 with a breed power of 214. Wild Sheep is lv 1 with a breed power of 952

Garok's hammer doesn't reroll artifacts anymore. It can't be used on miracle, godly, or static artifacts either. It can only be used on regular equipment. Like most of the stuff you find on sale at the blacksmith. Garok's hammer will take regular equipment and make it miracle grade while applying the special attribute to it. Even though it's made miracle grade no other attributes but the one you get from the hammer is gained. Since mundane equipment usually don't have anything on them and Garok's hammer only adds one special attribute to them, they're pretty good candidates for artifact fusion as they're blank slates to fill up with stuff.

Absolute pierce can be used for both melee and range. You know when you proc it because it will say vopal/vorpal in the logs. You don't need absolute pierce to be on the actual weapon, or lack there of in the case of martial arts, to make use of the absolute pierce. It can be on any piece of equipment to make use of it. For instance, the god breaker axe has absolute pierce and I have that equipped in my shoot slot. When I go to punch enemies with my bare fists my fists sometimes get the effects of absolute pierce as indicated by a mention of vopal in the logs.
