This. I'll try to be friends with someone, but I find it really hard to care or get close to them. I have to put serious effort into caring for people, and it still never works. I very rarely get attached to others, but when I do, I get really emotionally attached to the point of near-obsession.

It sucks. I'm better off alone.

Don't generalize.

Having BPD sucks. It's like the worst of depression coupled with mood swings, co-dependency and hallucinations. Being gender dysphoric doesn't help the case either. I hate my life.
